At Pahal fashion, we ensure that every product is quality-checked before dispatch.
Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully:

Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• To cancel an order, contact us immediately at our official WhatsApp or email.

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds on any orders.

• Only exchange is allowed within 5 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Exchange will not be accepted without an unboxing video.
  

• If the requested exchange product is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
